MANAGEMENT POLICY

The company KOVI Berginc d.o.o. is focused on the production and sale of metal products – screws and rivets, which meet the expectations and satisfy the needs of every customer, while at the same time guaranteeing business success. In addition, we have also set ourselves goals that enable the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the environment. Motivated colleagues are a guarantee for achieving the set goals. That is why we have set ourselves the following tasks as the basic goal of our management policy:

• our business policy is aimed at the mediation and sale of high-quality, environmentally friendly products to order, which we achieve through a precise analysis of incoming raw materials, a selection of the most appropriate technologies and precise production,
• the quality of the products from our offer is adapted to market requirements to meet or exceed the requirements of the needs and expectations of all interested parties,
• we sell environmentally friendly, flawless products that are the result of precise manufacturing, checking and quick action in the event of deviations,
• we build a mutually beneficial partnership with suppliers based on mutual respect and trust,
• we adapt processes to market requirements, legislation and standards. We control them, which helps to detect defects in time, before they endanger the user or the environment,
• we use natural resources judiciously,

• we commit every employee to quality work and compliance requirements (legal requirements and other requirements) and to an appropriate attitude towards the environment,
• we achieve the company’s competitiveness by quickly adapting and responding to the customer’s wishes, regardless of the volume and value of the deal. Our advantage lies primarily in providing special requirements,
• we regularly check the level of quality and implement appropriate preventive measures and measures to manage it, and we are committed to continuous improvement of the management system,

• we take care of employee satisfaction, while at the same time all employees respect the prescribed and accepted elements of the management system. The management regularly communicates and trains the company’s employees.

Management system objectives

Company-level management system objectives are set for all key functions and processes. We set goals in such a way that they are measurable and achievable. Monitoring of the achievement of individual goals is carried out through inspections and measures are initiated based on intermediate results.
