Mechanical quality control of materials, semi-finished products and finished products is performed by dimensional control:

• Snap gauges
• Micrometres
• Calibres and
• Profile projector

Visual control of finished products is carried out by:

• Optical control devices

The employees enable a constant control over the production process and the control of the products.

We work with certified contractors/suppliers and external subcontractors. These ensure their quality through measurement protocols and material certificates.

The partnership cooperation with customers enables us to participate in the development of their products at an early stage.

Our technological knowledge of cold forging and thread rolling helps to shape the requirements for the production of screws. This means that together we can achieve a cheaper and better product.
